???? 12-Hour DWI Education Program

Driving while intoxicated is one of the most common criminal charges across Louisiana, but it often stems from a moment of poor judgment—not a pattern of criminal behavior. Our 12-hour DWI course is designed to educate and redirect, not punish.

Participants in this program will:

• Learn the legal consequences of impaired driving in Louisiana

• Understand the physical and emotional dangers to themselves and others

• Explore how alcohol and drugs affect judgment, coordination, and reaction time

• Discuss real-life scenarios and the long-term impact of a DWI conviction

• Be encouraged to take personal accountability and make responsible decisions going forward

This class fulfills court requirements for DWI-related offenses and is ideal for first-time offenders or those looking for an opportunity to avoid further consequences.

???? MAPS: Managing Addiction and Prevention Strategies

Substance abuse often starts before someone realizes how serious it’s become. The MAPS program is an early-intervention, education-focused class that helps participants better understand their relationship with substances and how to prevent future problems.

What makes MAPS effective:

• Focus on self-awareness, helping clients identify risk factors and triggers

• Practical tools for relapse prevention and behavior change

• Education on the short- and long-term health effects of substance use

• Guided discussions about personal responsibility, relationships, and choices

• Strategies to build a more stable, recovery-oriented lifestyle

Whether mandated by the court or attended voluntarily, MAPS empowers individuals to take control of their future.

???? Duluth Model DAIP – Domestic Abuse Intervention Program

The Duluth Model is the gold standard in domestic violence intervention, focusing on ending abusive behavior through education, accountability, and peer discussion. Our 26-week DAIP program is court-approved and appropriate for individuals who have been ordered to complete a domestic violence program as part of sentencing or probation.

In this program, participants will:

• Learn to identify patterns of power and control in intimate relationships

• Examine the impact of abuse on partners, children, and families

• Practice healthier communication and non-violent conflict resolution

• Engage in structured group discussions to break the cycle of abuse

• Take responsibility for past behaviors and build a plan for lasting change

Our facilitators guide each participant through a structured journey aimed at restoring accountability and promoting respectful, safe relationships.
